Patient: Do you extract (Вы вырываете) teeth painlessly?

Tom: I have a bad toothache (у меня силльная зубная боль).
Nick: I'd have it taken out (Я бы удалил зуб) if it was mine.
Tom: If it was yours, I would too.

Dentist: Can you open your mouth as wide as (так широко, как) your eyes?

Nick was six. He had a very bad toothache (была сильная зубная боль). He could not eat, he could not play, he could not sleep at night. Nick's father took him to the dentist. The dentist pulled out (удалили) three of Nick's teeth.
After that Nick cried and said: "Oh, how shall I eat now?
But the dentist said, Don't cry, little boy. Your teeth will grow again (Твои зубы вырастут снова)."
" Will they grow for dinner?" asked Nick in tears (в слезах).
